Yes. We can redesign and migrate your current website content. 

Yes. With our basic package we require all clients to provide the content for their new website. If you want us to design your content for you please see our standard package.

Yes. We will require access to your domain name control panel so that we can point your domain name to our website servers. If you prefer we can give you these details so that you can update the domain name servers (DNS) yourself. 

No. In order to provide the very best levels of service, security & technical support we can only install your new website on our ultra high efficiency web servers. 

You will have full ownership of the domain name we register and can transfer it a new registrar or webhost whenever you like. Transfer away from Square Designs is subject to a standard domain name transfer fee of £20.

Our website development service normally completes within approximately 3 weeks for web design when the client provides content, approximately 3 to 4 weeks for the web design if we are required to supply content, and depending on the scope of the web development, 4 to 6 weeks or more for advanced web design requirements. Please note that these timelines can be met as long as all requirements (intake forms, payment, content, access credentials, etc.) are provided to us before the design phase begins.

We strongly discourage providing access to the site during the development phase. The credentials to the site are only turned over once they are hosted in the client server, after the final walkthrough and approval.

Yes. If you decide that you want to move your website to a new provider you are free to move it at any time. We charge a one time migration fee of £195 to move your website to a new provider.

We provide unlimited technical support which include changes to your website. You will also have full access to the CMS so that you can make changes yourself. If you require us to make changes we do ask that you give us 3 working days notice should you require any changes to your website. 

We use WordPress along with premium WordPress themes. Our themes are built with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP. All our themes also use Page Builders, which allow clients to easily build pages with unlimited layouts through a drag and drop user interface, without the need for coding knowledge.
